Meet the Taxcafe Team

Nick Braun, PhD. Nick founded Taxcafe in 1999 and is the company's CEO. He has been involved in the tax publishing world for over 18 years as a writer, editor and nationally acclaimed publisher. Nick is also a columnist for several well-known investment publications and has a PhD in economics.

Lee Hadnum. Lee is a qualified lawyer and accountant. He worked in Ernst & Young’s tax department for several years before joining the Taxcafe team and is the author of several bestselling tax books for small business owners and investors. He has been a tax accountant for over 12 years and often lectures on tax to accountancy students.

Aileen Smith, PhD. Aileen founded Taxcafe together with Nick and has almost 9 years experience in the tax publishing world. She is also a very active real estate investor and developer and has a PhD in history.

Aaron Dron, BSc. Aaron is our permanent web developer. He is an expert at developing large customer databases for websites and is a specialist in internet programming languages such as PHP.

Gordon Graham. Gordon is Taxcafe's lead web designer. He is responsible for the design and maintenance of our website and also helping Nick to further develop the business.

Νeil Νewman BSc. Neil is assistant to the Managing Director. He is involved in the promotion of the website as well as being available to answer various customer service queries.
